Compagnia Bellanda is looking for two to three dancers for the research phase of the new production “CARNE” in the TANZRESIDENZ at Quartier am Hafen.

Compania Bellanda is looking for dancers who:
- live in Cologne or the surrounding area, or have accommodation in the Cologne area
- have a European work permit
- are able to issue invoices for their work
- are interested in participating in a creative, collaborative, and dynamic process
- are highly qualified communicators and artists in breakdance, contemporary dance, or physical theater
- show great commitment and identify with the values of the company and the content of the work
- are willing to share their curiosity, interests, and personal history with the team
- are sensitive to the needs of the other people in the group
Important notes
Work period:
January 12–23, 2026, with regular weekly days off.
The artists must be available for the entire period.
The detailed schedule will be created together with the selected dancers to ensure the best possible working conditions for everyone. Further collaboration after the residency is possible.
Compensation:
Based on the BFDK’s fee recommendations for rehearsals.

- are highly skilled communicators and artists in breakdance, contemporary dance, or physical theatre
- show strong commitment and identify with the values of the company and the content of the work
- are open to sharing their curiosity, interests and personal history with the team
- are sensitive to the needs of others within the group
Important Notes
Collaboration period:
12–23 January 2026, with regular weekly rest days.
Artists must be available for the entire period.
The detailed schedule will be arranged directly with the selected dancers to ensure the best possible working conditions for everyone. A further collaboration within the project is possible.
Payment:
Aligned with BFDK guidelines for rehearsal honoraria.
