Our two residency studios are located on the first, second, and third floors in rooms 2.78 and 1.37.
Studio 2.78
With a floor space of approximately 130 square meters and its open-space concept, Studio 2.78 offers artists from all disciplines a light-flooded and cozy retreat for the duration of their stay. Here, they can relax, work, enjoy the view with a view of the cathedral, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, and extractor hood. Groceries can be conveniently purchased at the neighboring supermarket or on the nearby main street. All utensils for everyday needs are on site. A bathroom with a washing machine is also available. The two levels of the maisonette studio are each accessible from the hallway via lockable doors and connected to each other by a staircase, whereby the lower floor can be prepared accordingly for more accessible living. Including a pull-out sofa bed and two guest beds, the studio currently offers sleeping arrangements for a maximum of six people.

Here, they can relax, work, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, and extractor hood. Groceries can be conveniently purchased at the neighboring supermarket or on the nearby main street. All utensils for everyday needs are on site. A bathroom with a washing machine is also available. One sleeping option is located on the gallery above the bathroom, and another is located on the ground floor in the open living room.
