Room usage

Quartier am Hafen offers Studio 0.11 for rehearsals, workshops, courses, and showcases of choreographic work processes. It also includes the use of showers and toilets. Please send your binding rental request directly to this email address:

Dance studio 0.11 is 130m² in size, of which 100m² have a sprung floor. The studio has a stereo system with a cable for laptop or cell phone, a mirrored wall, ballet barres, table and chairs, as well as a changing area. The studio is mainly used for dance projects of the independent scene, workshops, courses and shorter rehearsal periods. The room is accessed via an access code for the main door and a key box.

There is no reception staff on site.

Rental rates:

Courses, workshops and rehearsals with a commercial purpose
up to 10 hours/calendar month: €22.50/hour
from 10.5 hours/calendar month: €18.00/hour


Rehearsals for projects by freelance dance artists, without commercial purpose
up to 10 hours/calendar month: €10.00/hour
from 10.5 hours/calendar month: €8.50/hour

Rentals

To rent the room, please send me the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Purpose (rehearsals or courses/workshops, if applicable, title of the project)
  • Period (date and exact times)

If you are renting the studio for the first time, please send information about yourself, e.g. your website or a social media profile, and telephone number. The initial request can be completed once a telephone conversation or a personal meeting has taken place at the Quartier.

We only accept binding rental requests that are received at least two weeks in advance.

The requests are processed once a week, usually on Tuesdays.

If the requested period is still available, we will send you the rental agreement by email. You will receive the access codes as soon as the contract is signed.
