This is the Quartier am Hafen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The first artists moved into their studios in the summer of 2010, when the former industrial hall in Cologne-Poll was converted into a professional workplace. The project was initiated by Andreas Schmitz (Westwerk Immobilien), who financed the purchase of the hall and the extensive renovation.
